The President of the Republic, Jose Eduardo dos Santos, on 14 February, met with the provincial governors, and decided to decentralize the implementation and adjust the budget sub-programme of construction of 200 houses in all districts of the country, for the 2012/2013 period, Angop learnt Friday from an official source.
