1 . Electrocution in Region I

· On or about 7:20 PM, 19 February 2012, Mark M. Propeta, 8 years old, resident of Brgy. Paringao, Bauang, La Union was accidentally electrocuted while playing at the vacant lot that caused his untimely death
· The victim was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician of Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center (ITRMC)
